Helping young people build safe, stable futures
Family Access Network’s Homeless Support Services (HSS) support young people aged 15 to 25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
We offer more than housing—we work alongside young people to overcome the challenges they face and support them to build independence.
What does HSS offer?
- Access to transitional housing for up to 12–18 months
- Support to find and keep housing—whether it’s private rental, public housing or shared accommodation
- Help with day-to-day challenges, including:
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Family violence and safety
- Alcohol and drug use
- Legal issues, budgeting and debt
- Education and employment
- Parenting and child-related needs

HSS supports a diverse range of young people, including:
- Young people living independently
- LGBTIQA+ young people (with dedicated housing options available)
