Salary Packaging

FAN’s employees have the option to apply for Salary Packaging through an external provider (Access Pay) of up to $15,900 as tax-free salary. Additional meals and entertainment and car parking can be claimed.

Rostered Day Off

FAN is committed to employee wellbeing by providing a flexible work environment by offering staff the option to take a rostered day off (RDO).

Flexible Working Hours

Employees have the option to opt in to flexible working hours between the hours of 8.30am to 6pm as negotiated with supervisor.

Annual Leave

You are entitled to 4 weeks annual leave per year of service. In addition, all staff will receive an additional 17.5% leave loading on annual leave (this equates to 1.35% on top of your annual salary).

Personal And Carers Leave​

FAN provides for personal/carer’s leave entitlements above the minimum of ten days (pro rata) per year afforded under the Fair Work Act
  • During the first year of service, one working day for each month of service;
  • During the second, third and fourth years of service, fourteen working days in each year; and
  • Thereafter 21 working days in each year.
  • Please note a certificate from a medical practitioner is required for personal/carer’s leave taken beyond the 5 single days per year and for the FAN provisions in excess of the Fair Work Act

Portable Long Service Leave

Eligible employees can now accrue long service entitlements and transfer them from job to job under Victoria’s Portable Long Service scheme.

Superannuation

FAN pays the government legislated superannuation guarantee rate contributions monthly to the employees choice of superannuation fund. Employees also have the option of salary sacrificing to their superannuation fund.

Leave -Corporate Leave Week

FAN provides staff with gifted leave of one week between Christmas and New Year.

Gifted Birthday Leave Day And Recognition Of Birthdays

FAN celebrates birthdays and provides one gifted leave day for employee’s birthday.

Breaks

2 x 15-minute paid break and ½ hour unpaid lunch break.

Car Park Pass

Car Park Pass in undercover parking is provided after 4 years of service.

Recognition of Anniversary and Significant Years of Service

FAN recognises anniversaries and significant years of service.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Staff and their immediate family members have free access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering professional and confidential counselling through our external provider to support personal and professional wellbeing.

Immunisation Program

An annual flu vaccination program is offered to all employees. FAN also reimburses you for other immunisations, including Whooping Cough and Hepatitis A & B.

Staff Wellbeing Program

FAN provides 2 days per year of staff team building and wellbeing activities

Supervision and Support

FAN undertakes regular supervision, which provides employees with an opportunity to address learning and professional development, support needs and capacity, practice and administrative requirements and accountability.

Training

FAN are committed to nurturing the professional growth of our team. We offer up to five days of training each year, along with access to four webinars per month, all designed to strengthen workplace skills and align with FAN’s core competencies.
