Pride in Place is safe, inclusive housing support for LGBTQIA+ young people
Pride in Place is a statewide housing and homelessness support program for LGBTQIA+ young people aged 15 to 25 who
are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
FAN is proud to deliver this program as part of a wider consortium alongside Drummond Street Services (Queerspace), VincentCare, and Uniting.
What does Pride in Place offer?
Through Pride in Place, FAN provides access to a
dedicated LGBTQIA+ Service Navigator who offers:
- Case management
- Help finding safe, stable housing
- Connection to health, mental health and community supports
- Tailored support that respects each young person’s identity, experiences, and goals
Who can access the program?
You can access Pride in Place if you:
- Are aged between 15 and 25
- Identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community
- Are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of it
- Live anywhere in Victoria
